Will it dub the Chinese video into Hindi?

No. You get Hindi subtitles (SRT or VTT) and the Hindi text, not a Hindi voice. The video and its sound stay as they are; your player or editor shows the subtitles.

How do I translate a Chinese video to Hindi?
